Returns & Exchanges

At iHeartRaves, we want you to feel confident and look amazing in your festival gear, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and liners in place to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to shop for a new look.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Reimbursed

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or issue your store credit within 5-7 business days.
